If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it toTHE COUTURE WORKS within 30 days of ship date for a full refund
of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, gift packaging, or other charges.
Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused" condition
(defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders are not
returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers
which will be refunded via company check. If the returned merchandise
involves layaway, the 25% deposit is not refundable. If return exceeds
five (5) of the same item or style number within a 30 calendar day period the
return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned merchandise
must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging;
otherwise, the return will not be honored. You must obtain a Return
for Inspection (RFI) number from THE COUTURE WORKS before returning merchandise.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer
Service Specialist by calling 91-0-28600663 COUTURE to obtain an RFI number.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior
to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. " New and unused condition"
means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are
still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We
cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
THE COUTURE WORKS is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually
receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact
our Customer Service Department at 91-0-28600663, if you have any questions or
concerns. *If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a
Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt at 91-0-28600663
COUTURE. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum
of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there
is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service
